Iron District is a CrossFit gym with a raw, industrial voice. The site opens with four frames: chalk-covered hands on a barbell, rope climbs, an athlete resting, a box jump mid-air. Each frame has a word. Strength. Endurance. Grit. Power. The scrolling ticker of movements sets the tone. This is not a gym. It's a proving ground.

02 / Programs and schedule
Train hard. Four distinct tracks. One standard: intensity.
Four programs: WOD, Strength, Engine, Compete. Each has a time, a level, and a short description. The schedule is a weekly grid. Every class is capped at 16 athletes. Every session is coached. The manifesto is clear: we don't do easy. First class at 5:00 AM. No machines. The site feels like the brand: raw, relentless, results.
