It began as a
Valentine's campaign.

A client came to us for a Valentine's Day promotion. Romantic footage, warm colour, soft pacing. We shot it, cut it, delivered it. The brief was met. The project was closed.

Reframing commercial visuals into narrative cinema

02 / The Song

Then we heard
the song.

Stumbling across "Clouds" by Emma Rose, something clicked. The emotional arc of the track mapped almost perfectly onto the footage we already had. The pacing, the tone, the quiet weight of it. We knew immediately what this could become.

03 / The Decision

We licensed it.
We rebuilt everything.

We secured the rights to the track and went back to the edit from scratch. Not a remix of the campaign. A complete deconstruction. Every cut was rebuilt to serve the music, not the brief. Pacing, colour, structure — all of it reconsidered around the emotional progression of the song.

What started as a promotional deliverable became a fully licensed music video. No new production days. No new footage. Just a different way of seeing what was already there. The client saw it and understood immediately that this was something beyond the original brief.
