01 / Origin
It started with
a client brief.
A vinyl-inspired logo opener. Tactile, physical, analog. The kind of motion that feels like it has weight. Grooves spinning, light catching the surface, the mark appearing as if pressed into the record itself.

02 / Realisation
We liked it too much
to leave it there.
After delivering the client piece, the concept stayed with us. The texture, the rotational physics, the way analog surface realism gave a digital mark physical presence. We decided to rebuild it. This time for ourselves.

03 / Raw Material
The footage
already existed.
We pulled cinematic shots of analogue footage from prior projects. Machines in motion. Physical devices. Surfaces with history. Material captured for other purposes, carrying exactly the right visual language for what we were building.

04 / The Film
Paired with music.
Cut as a film.
The analogue footage was edited against a music track. Not as a showreel, but as a short-form brand film. The vinyl animation anchors the piece. The cinematic cuts around it give it context. The result feels less like a logo reveal and more like a statement about how we work.
A client experiment turned into an internal brand expression. Strong motion design deserves to evolve.
